Thank you for providing a glimpse into Leadership Louisville. I echo your sentiments. My experience has shown that there are 2 things that thrive in Louisville; one is art and the other is the non-profit effort in the community. 

As you said, the willingness to help each other and act as one big family has to pass through and come alive in all realms of the society, not just the non profit community forerunners ir order to be a truly compassionate city.</description>

Some weeks I do better than others with that.  You just need to have a good sense of what you want to say, why you want to say it, and who your target audience is that you are writing.  Hope you make it work for you!</description>
